Scheme Managers support the general well being of resident without interfering in their lives or intruding on their privacy. Scheme Managers are not trained carers and cannot therefore offer personal care support. They can, however, liaise on your behalf with a wide range of local health and social services to ensure that you receive the help you need to remain safe and independent in your home. These services might include help with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation and provision, cleaning or shopping or the provision of physiotherapy or occupational therapy aides for use around the home.
Scheme Managers also look after the building, in conjunction with the Managing Agent. In an emergency the Manager will call for help on your behalf and notify your family or friends.
The Managers work Monday to Friday.
